Anyone who knows me knows that I love salsa.  I usually stick to the typical tomato-onion-pepper-cilantro combo, but I’ll occasionally branch out with pineapple or mango salsa.  This summer I’ve decided that I’m no longer going to buy salsa, I’m going to make my own batch every week.  The fresh taste makes it a lot more enjoyable, and you can control the flavors you want to emphasize.  For example, my boyfriend and I made this delicious salsa this past weekend with lots of cilantro.  It’s really, really easy to make!
